Meagan and Magnus first met at a friend’s house, where they connected instantly, though life pulled them in different directions for a few months afterward. When they crossed paths again at a party at Meagan’s house in downtown Charleston, they chose each other as partners for a team game and something just clicked. They have been in love and inseparable ever since.

Their relationship has taken them across the world, from Ireland to the coasts of Portugal, through the charm of France and the warmth of Mexico, and all over the United States. One of their favorite places is Valencia, Spain, where on June 3, in the quiet beauty of the Jardí de Monforte, Magnus proposed with a plan that was heartfelt, thoughtful, and perfectly them.

With countless shared memories already behind them, they are excited for everything still ahead. They look forward to a life full of travel, everyday moments that become their favorites, and plenty of love, with their dog Ripley by their side for all of it.
